Interview Meme

I finally succumbed. asked me some EEEEEeevil interview questions, which I will attempt to answer before I do my usual blogging. :)

1 – Legolas and Sexy Pirate Boy are battling one on one to win your heart. Who triumphs?

Is this a physical battle or a mental one? If it’s a physical battle, I’ll have to say that I think Legolas has better fighting skills (although Sexy Pirate Boy is no slouch there). But if it’s a mental one, i.e.– they’re both vying for my affections– it’s going to be Sexy Pirate Boy. As much as I love Legolas, I think Will’s brown curly hair is cuter. Plus, as we all know, “there’s nothing sexually threatening about an Elf.” :)

2 – Who do you give the loser as a consolation prize?

My sisters can fight over the loser. Heh.

3 – What is the most scared for your life you’ve ever been? Do you get a thrill from that kind of danger, or hate it?

I’ve had several near-misses while driving, and I have to say that watching a car trying to move into my lane while I’m still in it is terrifying. I don’t really like that kind of danger. I’d rather have the fake kind– roller coasters and such.

4 – What is there about you that makes you different from all the other members of your family? What do you all have in common?

I’m the only one who has false teeth. :) Siriusly, that I *am* different from all the other members of my family is something I recently realized, but it’s difficult to put my finger on just why. I’m generally more reserved than my siblings, although I’m gradually working past that. Some things that used to make me different are no longer unique to me– my love of writing and reading, for example. Hmm. Will have to think about that.

As for what we have in common, we’re all incredibly weird. We all share a love for our religion, a similar sense of humor and taste in music, a love of good movies and of good food. :)

5 – In all of Jane Austen, what is the single best chapter?

Oh, you *are* evil. Hmm. It’s definitely going to be from Pride and Prejudice. I’m going to have to go with the chapter when Elizabeth goes to Pemberley, and Darcy is ever-so polite. It’s tough to choose between that one and the second proposal, though.

Would anyone else like to ask me questions? Or would you like me to interview you?

My mother liked good food. She always said, “I’d rather eat good food than bad any old day of the week.”
