Ginny. . .

December 9th, 2002 · 4 Comments

is not dead! I went to Murray tonight and had my dad take a look at her. Turns out that when they reconditioned her, they forgot to put the screws back in the hard drive. So it kind of just– fell off. Unfortunately, despite the myriad of screws my dad has in his office, he didn’t have the right size. So I’m going to take her into the Bookstore tomorrow and see if they can screw it back in.

And you’ll notice my tempate has reverted to its original form, albeit with the same color scheme. There were just too many issues with the other one. People couldn’t even scroll. I plan on changing it back, but for now I’ll just stick with this one. I hope this means that Elizabeth will be able to comment again. :)

OK this is my third attempt at a post.
First was long and sympathetic about the evils of computers and college papers. Hit cancel rather than post.
Second was a rant about how much I had typed and lost because the CANCEL and POST buttons should be reversed. Post is ALWAYS down and to the left! I’m a creature of habbit–I don’t see change in words well.
Third is this post because I hit cancel again when I tryed to post the second one!!!!!!!!
I truly hate my brain sometimes. How did I ever survive a private school and five years at Un. of Mi.?

Thanks for changing the template, because I was one of the great unwashed that had no scroll bars. I was starting Mozilla just to look at your blog. My ridiculous IT department will only support IE, so my using Mozilla is probably ‘against the rules,” but I did it anyway.

    Bye

I never had a problem with posting and IE, but that was because I would click the recent entry and it brought the wholeentry and all comment as well as an option to make a comment.
    Glad Ginny is fine.

Glad to hear that Ginny is fine! I like the colors and thanks for fixing the template. It is nice to be able to read the entire post again. :)
