A closeup of the Oquirrh mountains. The tan-colored mounds of dirt are from the Kennecott Copper mine– the largest pit mine in the world. I sometimes wonder what the mountains looked like before Kennecott got to them.

And the piece de resistance: a Quicktime movie of the view from the lunchroom of the Wasatch mountains. Ignore the people you can see reflected in the windows. It’s kind of big, sorry. I don’t have QT Pro, so I don’t think I can make it any smaller.
