on jkrowling.com, i can’t find the handwritten page for the philosopher’s stone. Does it have to do something with the cell phone? If not, what do i do with the cell phone? I spent all day trying to figure it out

It’s really easy– and if you’ve read Order of the Phoenix, you know the answer. All you need to do is dial the number that gets you in to the Visitors Entrance to the Ministry of Magic.
Go look it up.
