I’m sitting here at work. Everyone in my department is gone. I’ve done everything I need to do (or at least the things I know how and am able to do), and even some things that I don’t need to do. I could walk out of here and no one would be the wiser. But I’d feel guilty.
So instead I’m surfing the internet, which I’m also not supposed to be doing, really. They don’t mind a little incidental internet use, but I’m going much beyond that. It’s their own fault, though. They didn’t give me enough work.
Hmm. 3 minutes. I got here early. I can justify it.
See you at home!

Many a time I wished we could have internet. We NEED internet for work, you see: most reference material and colaboration communities are naturally only availbale online, and there is only so much you can have on the intranet. *sigh*
