Oddly enough, I was introduced to the BBC version of P&P last week by my LDS friend, and I was searching for info on that when I happened to see that this new version of the movie existed, and after running a few Google searches for details (which I intend to pass on to her tomorrow), I ended up here.

During my info-gathering, I think I found something that might interest you. The original version is on the DVD, but it’s hidden. There seem to be two ways to get to it, but maybe only one works.

Possibility One: On the Main Menu screen, press down twice. This will highlight a CTR ring. Hit enter and it will play the uncut theatrical version.

…or, if that doesn’t work…

Possibility Two: Go to Scene selections, page two. Press down three times, and Lydia’s ring will be highlighted. Press enter and you’ll be able to choose to view “restored scenes.”
