And then there is me...the ever cheerful spinner of tails. Should have been a bard in the twelfth century. Two days ago a local man hit a deer about twenty miles down the road. Deer flew up and went threw the window of a truck coming the other way. Driver of said truck...an Ontario man...died at the scene.

Of course on the lighter side is Duane and Robert's barber. Several months’ back the man was driving to work along US 23. This road follows Lake Huron (one of five great lakes for those of you unfamiliar with Michigan geography) and is thick with wild life at the spring of the year. All of a sudden he sees a Eagle lift off from the side of the beach towing a LARGE fish that he is not lifting very well. Eagle gets over the road and is not high enough to avoid being hit so the darn bird drops the fish and gets some altitude under him to avoid being hit. Problem is fish can't fly. Dropped like a rock and went through his window like one also. Insurance tried to deny the claim stating it was an act of nature!!!!!

If you go to Scotland without me, Leslie and the drop off of Terri in Britian we will stop speeking to you!!!

One of my morning coworkers says that I should go out with her cousin, who is Scottish AND Mormon. Only drawback: He lives in Scotland.

Long distance relationships can be so difficult, though. But you can always ask for his email address. ;)
